Robert is a meticulous project manager with fourteen (14) years’ experience managing petroleum and hazardous waste contaminated sites in the Florida’s cleanup programs and local tanks programs. Experience includes extensive knowledge of petroleum cleanup projects, FDEP rules and regulations and how to work with and manage situations with regulatory agencies. Robert has extensive experience through all phases of project management, site assessment, remedial system field design, installation and operation and maintenance of remedial systems; with responsibility of managing state funded, insurance funded and client funded petroleum cleanup projects and clients throughout the Southeast.

Experience
- Extremely competent in fieldwork, soil assessment and groundwater assessment activities to include well installation, groundwater sampling, soil boring advancement using hand tools and drilling machinery, soil sampling, product recovery, investigative waste management and disposal.
- Managed over 100 projects of notoriety and difficult petroleum cleanup sites through all phases of cleanup, from discharge to closure.
- Managed projects from FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program, many major insurance companies, and private clients.
- Extensive knowledge of site assessment, pilot testing, assisting in remedial system design, remedial construction, system startup, operation and maintenance, post remedial monitoring and site closure.
- Proficient in emergency response mitigation and source removal.
- Highly experienced in managing source removal projects in all situations.
- Initiated set up, operated and monitored mobile air stripping equipment for dewatering activities at contaminated sites.
- Extensive knowledge of operation and maintenance and troubleshooting of air sparge/soil vapor extraction, groundwater recovery, multiphase extraction, and other technologies used to remediate contaminated soil and groundwater to below state cleanup standards.
- Electrical troubleshooting of high and low voltage control panels, electric motors, and other components of remediation equipment standards.
- Worked closely with clients to obtain NPDES dewatering discharge permits, monitoring while dewatering operations occur, and reporting when operations are complete.
